以日本豐成秀吉興建的長濱城為中心，黑壁廣場是當時繁盛的北國街道上建築改裝而成的觀光消費區域，整體為黑漆牆壁。
『黑壁 和洋食彩．創意料亭』以此為命名，由中部老字號台灣的芳泉醬油所創立的日本料理美食品牌，標誌設計自”泉”字的表現以六角圖形為架構，以延伸鼎立具日式風格的圖騰呈現，傳承芳泉醬油品質堅持、食材天然、美味健康的基本精神，”黑壁KUROKABE”詮釋日本舊式建築之代表性，賦予著以客為尊的意念，相輔相成設計成為『黑壁』的品牌精神。

KUROKABE was designed base on the city Nagahama in Japan. Kurokabe square was the famous tourism consumption area, every building was paint in black.
KUROKABE Japanese Basserie was create from the Taiwan old soy sauce brand call “Fang Tsuan”, the brand Logo is design with ‘泉-Tsuan’ word and present in the structure of hexagonal graphic with japanese styles. KUROKABE continue the spirit of quality adherence, natural ingredients, delicious and healthy from the Taiwan old brand.
